Gratitude Concierge
Gratitude Concierge is Accelerate Advisors LLC’s private guest-stay coordination program for a residence in Miami. Invited guests get one place for everything about their stay — arrival and check-in details, cleaning and restocking coordination, reminders, and a concierge that answers questions by text.
Where it lives
The program operates at https://concierge.wolfingtons.com. Stays are by personal invitation only — there is no public booking, and no marketing or promotional messaging of any kind.
How texting works
Guests choose whether to coordinate by text via an unchecked, optional checkbox on their invitation form or on the program’s contact form, reading: “Text me about my stay. I agree to receive SMS text messages from Gratitude Concierge to coordinate my stay (arrival details, cleaning & stocking, reminders, and questions). Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” Consent is never a condition of submitting either form — guests who skip the box are simply coordinated with personally.
